Once we’ve received your application, we’ll review your qualifications and if you
meet the position requirements, we’ll review it with the department manager. Our
human resource team will contact the best qualified candidates for interviews.
The interview process will help determine whether or not you are the right fit for
our family-oriented culture. Once you come on board, we will enroll you in a special
orientation program, partner you with designated mentors, and do everything we can
to help make your transition as seamless as possible.

How long does it take to hear back?
If a position that matches your qualifications is available, we will contact you
for an interview. If a suitable position is not available, your application will
remain active in our system. If we extend an offer of employment, it
will be contingent upon the successful completion of:
- Reference checks
- Pre-employment physical which includes drug and alcohol screening
- Proof of education/licensure/certification (where applicable)
- Documentation to satisfy I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form
How long is my application active?
Once your application is in our system, it can be updated when you want to apply
for another position.
Once offered a position, how long does the process take before I can start working?
Generally, it takes one (1) week to complete the pre-employment process, which includes
a background screening, reference checks, pre-employment drug screening & physical
(PPD). Typically, new hires begin on a Hospital orientation day, which are held
bi-weekly and are a requirement to start. Offers are contingent upon successful
completion of the pre-employment process.
